**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring adequate stock levels and functionality.
Coordinate logístical and travel arrangements for staff members including hotels and car parking.
Provide administrative support.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in an administrative role or office environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
**Monday - Friday, based in Belper, Derbyshire.**
