The Opportunity
As the UKI Director of Sales and Service, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions division. This is more than just a leadership position; it's an opportunity to shape the future of respiratory diagnostics in the UK and Ireland.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement data-driven sales, service, and support strategies that align with our global vision, ensuring excellence across the UK and Ireland.
- Team Motivation and Performance: Lead a passionate team to exceed revenue targets, expand market share, and deliver world-class service in Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Secondary Care. Utilize metrics like the Daily Sales Report and OpenCRM to drive consistent achievement of budgets and targets.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, fostering long-lasting relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Team Development and Collaboration: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and high morale. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and stakeholders to expand our influence and impact.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is highly valued.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and service leadership within the medical or respiratory diagnostics industry, demonstrating a track record of driving business growth.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams to achieve exceptional results. Strong planning and organizational skills to navigate complex markets and seize opportunities.
- Deep understanding of market needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards to ensure innovative and compliant strategies.
