Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions division in the UK and Ireland. As the Country Manager UKI RDS, you'll be responsible for spearheading revenue growth and driving excellence in service delivery. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and a passion for transforming healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement cutting-edge, data-driven strategies that align with our global vision, driving sales, service, and support excellence across the UK and Ireland.
- Inspire and Motivate: Lead a high-performing team to surpass revenue targets, expand our market share, and deliver world-class service in Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Secondary Care.
- Drive Performance: Utilize metric-based tools to ensure consistent achievement of budgets and targets, pushing your team to new heights.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring long-lasting relationships and retention through exceptional service.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
- Forge Key Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and stakeholders to expand our influence and impact.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is highly valued.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and service leadership within the medical or respiratory diagnostics industry, with a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, enabling you to navigate complex markets and seize opportunities.
- A deep understanding of market needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Familiarity with regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards, ensuring that your strategies are both innovative and compliant.
