In the role of UKI Director of Sales and Service, you will be tasked with leading revenue growth and ensuring excellence in service delivery for our Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions division. This position is not merely a leadership role; it is a chance to influence the future of respiratory diagnostics across the UK and Ireland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative, data-driven strategies that align with our global objectives, enhancing sales, service, and support excellence throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Lead a dedicated team to exceed revenue goals, increase market share, and provide exceptional service in Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Secondary Care.
  • Drive Performance: Utilize performance metrics such as the Daily Sales Report and OpenCRM to ensure consistent achievement of budgets and targets, pushing your team to excel.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships and retention through outstanding service.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
  • Forge Key Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and stakeholders to broaden our influence and impact.

Ensure timely delivery of Vitalograph fundamentals such as 15Five, MOR, and others.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent experience is highly regarded.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales and service leadership within the medical or respiratory diagnostics sector, demonstrating a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • You are not just a manager; you are a leader who inspires, motivates, and drives your team to achieve remarkable results.
  • Your strong planning and organizational skills enable you to navigate complex markets and seize opportunities effectively.
  • You possess a deep understanding of market demands and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Your knowledge of regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards ensures that your strategies are both innovative and compliant.
