We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Crane Product sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers
• Collaborate with the product development team to improve product offerings and meet customer needs
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the construction or heavy machinery industry
• Strong technical knowledge of crane products and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
