Job Description

XCMG UK Sales and Services Limited is a subsidiary of XCMG Group, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment. Our dynamic and international team is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive business growth and development in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts for Crane Products, including Mobile Crane, Crawler Crane, and Harbor Crane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for business development, customer support, sales, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and promote the sales of Crane Products in the UK and Ireland.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead the team in product development to improve product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Extensive relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong technical background in Crane products, particularly Mobile Crane.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong sales network.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets.
  • Manufacturer working experience is preferred.
