Job Summary:
We seek an exceptional Country Manager UKI RDS to lead our Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions division. As a strategic leader, you will design and implement cutting-edge strategies, drive sales and service excellence, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive sales, service, and support excellence across the UK and Ireland.
- Inspiring and Motivating: Lead a passionate team to surpass revenue targets, expand market share, and deliver world-class service in Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Secondary Care.
- Driving Performance: Utilize metric-based tools to ensure consistent achievement of budgets and targets, pushing your team to new heights.
- Elevating Customer Experience: Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring long-lasting relationships and retention through exceptional service.
- Building High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high morale.
- Forging Key Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and stakeholders to expand our influence and impact.
- Ensuring Vitalograph Fundamentals: Deliver 15Five, MOR, and other essential initiatives on time.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is highly valued.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and service leadership within the medical or respiratory diagnostics industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- A strong leader who inspires, motivates, and drives their team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to navigate complex markets and seize opportunities.
- A deep understanding of market needs and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Familiarity with regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards to ensure innovative and compliant strategies.
