Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Quest Employment. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the electronics power supply unit industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Generate new sales opportunities by utilising various methods at your disposal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our power supply units to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Visit customers as necessary to secure the business.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or in a related field would be beneficial.
- Full driving licence.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the electronics or power supply industry.
- Strong understanding of electronics power supply units and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
