Job Title: Social Care Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Social Care Services Director to join our team in the East of England region. As a key member of our Placed Based Delivery Team, you will provide leadership for our services in North West and ensure they are delivered to budget while promoting organisational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure services meet internal and external Key Performance Indicators
  • Work in partnership with the Business Development and Fundraising team
  • Build the organisation's profile and influence the commissioning landscape
  • Ensure that the experiences of people using the services are reflected in the campaigns and policy activity
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to join up and test other forms of service delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Senior Manager delivering and leading complex social care/NHS service contracts
  • Deep understanding of the health and social care sector, particularly in relation to mental health services
  • Experience of mental health practice and service delivery
  • Experience of leading and managing a dispersed team across multiple sites
