About the Role:
CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Director to lead our Adult Social Care Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, development, and management of our Adult Social Care services, ensuring the highest possible quality of service is delivered within the resources available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Adult Social Care Services team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective plans to improve the quality of service delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead on key aspects of the transformation of health and social care, creating an integrated and effective service for the population.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including health partners, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Hold lead responsibility for staff within Adult Social Care Operations, including specialist social work teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Director or in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with Adult Social Care, with relevant experience gained within a similar job role.
- Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
- A relevant graduate-level qualification or equivalent and/or relevant compensating experience at a leadership level.
Working Arrangements:
The role is hybrid, with 23 days in the office. The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week.
