Residential Manager/Social Work Manager
Family Assessment Centre
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager or Social Worker to join our team at Adult Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and families in a caring and supportive environment.
Your Role
As Residential Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing effective safeguarding practices, providing team supervision and mentorship, empowering and motivating staff to achieve best outcomes, supporting and promoting family life, and conducting parenting assessments.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work
- Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings
- Strong parenting assessment knowledge and skills
- Management/leadership experience or a willingness to be trained
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
