Job Title: Social Care Services Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Social Care Services Area in the East of England region. As a key member of our Placed Based Delivery Team, you will provide leadership and direction to our services, ensuring they are delivered to budget and meet internal and external Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to our services in the North West region
  • Ensure services are delivered to budget and meet internal and external Key Performance Indicators
  • Work in partnership with our Business Development and Fundraising teams to build the organisation's profile and influence the commissioning landscape
  • Build collaborative relationships across the public, private, and voluntary sectors to drive service improvement
  • Ensure that the experiences of people using our services are reflected in our campaigns and policy activity
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Senior Manager delivering and leading complex social care/NHS service contracts and overseeing large budgets
  • Deep understanding of the health and social care sector, particularly in relation to mental health services
  • Experience of mental health practice and service delivery
  • Experience of leading and managing a dispersed team across multiple sites
  • Developed services and worked as part of a cross-organisational team to develop bids and proposals to grow services
