Fulbridge Social Care: A Unique Opportunity for Care Professionals

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of Supportive Living Workers at Fulbridge Social Care. As a Supportive Living Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users, providing support with daily tasks, personal care, and promoting independence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong professional relationships with service users and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users
  • Stay up-to-date with communication and information systems
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required
  • Promote equality and respect individual differences
  • Protect service users from abuse and ensure their safety
  • Write accurate reports and maintain records
  • Attend work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern
  • Stay informed about procedures and policy changes
  • Take responsible care for your own health and safety, as well as that of others
Person Specification:
  • Ability to form professional relationships with service users
  • Ability to read and understand written work, and write clear and accurate reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users in various ways
  • Ability to work as directed, complete tasks reliably, and to a high standard
  • Ability to participate in training and development
  • Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably
  • Awareness of effective teamwork and the general health, safety, and welfare of service users

We offer numerous shift patterns, including:

  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4pm - 11pm
  • 11pm - 7am (waking nights)

As a Supportive Living Worker at Fulbridge Social Care, you will have the opportunity to gain qualifications in this field, complete an enhanced DBS check, and participate in our induction assessments.
