About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a sense of belonging and community among our young people.
  • Collaborate with our therapeutic team to deliver trauma-informed care and support, helping our young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and experience of working in Children's Residential Care.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
