As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, development, and management to ensure the highest possible quality of service is delivered within the resources available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Adult Social Care services, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective plans to improve the quality of service, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage a team of staff within Adult Social Care Operations, including specialist social work teams working in close partnership with Health.
• Hold lead responsibility for staff development, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving outcomes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
• Relevant graduate-level qualification or equivalent and/or relevant compensating experience at a leadership level.
