Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as booking hospital transport and escalating delays to the Patient Flow Facilitator.
- Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality administrative support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.
- Numeracy and Literacy
- NVQ II in Administration or Customer Service or equivalent qualification or experience
- Previous experience of using Microsoft Office Applications
- Previous experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to communicate basic or sensitive information to colleagues, patients, and relatives
- Ability to pay close attention to detail in written and electronic communication and information storage
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality administrative support
- Able to organise, prioritise, and adjust own workload in relation to the priorities of the department on a daily basis
- Ability to suggest changes to own practice
- Demonstrates personal duty of care in relation to the safe use of equipment and other resources
- Maintains the quality in own work
- Previous experience of working in an office environment
- Previous experience of working in the NHS
- Knowledge or RTT requirements
