Job Overview

The Sales Support Specialist will deliver essential operational and administrative assistance to the Inbound Sales division, including leadership. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized self-starter capable of accurately following directives while also taking the initiative to enhance support efficiency and propose innovative ideas and processes for enhancement. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities requiring a significant degree of proactivity, including: general operational assistance, sales analytics, handling escalations/complaints, and managing inbound/outbound communications.

Compensation: Competitive Salary
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Daily administrative and operational support for the Inbound Sales Team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department manager to foster process enhancements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations, disputes, and order issues, which may involve direct communication with clients.
  • Generate sales and operational reports as requested by the line manager or Head of Channel.
  • Work in conjunction with the fulfillment team to follow up on accounts in provisioning or rejected status.
  • Assist sales agents and management with operational inquiries.
  • Adhere to all compliance protocols and conduct sales audits.
  • Lead and assist in sales investigations.
