About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Shipper Management Team at Amazon. As a Claims and Revenue Protection Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, streamlining, and improving our claims processes to prevent revenue leakage.

You will work closely with multiple Operations stakeholders to design and shape processes, practices, and strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce claims and revenue leakage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in the shipping and logistics industry
  • Experience in using data and analytics to drive business decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
  • Experience interacting with and presenting to C-suite and senior executives
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Prince2 certifications
  • Experience in outlining program roadmaps and anticipating bottlenecks
