About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust quality assurance framework, conducting audits, and producing regular reporting to claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Quality Assurance Framework: Work with the Head of Claims Operations to design and implement a robust quality assurance framework that ensures the highest standards of quality in claims processing.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure that claims processing meets the required standards.
- Produce Regular Reporting: Produce regular reporting to claims management, identifying areas of improvement and facilitating remediation efforts as needed.
- Recommend Improvements: Recommend improvements for relevant policies, processes, and procedures as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
- Maintain Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of relevant policies, processes, and systems utilized by the London Market Claims function.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Experience of working in a similar role within the Lloyd's London Market, including working across multiple internal and external teams.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to build relationships and influence others across all levels of the organization.
- Qualifications: ACII qualified or equivalent.
- Mathematical and Report Writing Skills: Good mathematical and report writing skills.
