Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Revenue Protection Officer to join our team at Virgin Trains. As a key member of our Security and Revenue Protection Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees, while also protecting our company revenue and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Safety: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all passengers. Work in partnership with On-Board and Station teams to deliver a high level of service.
  • Revenue Protection: Protect company revenue and increase market share by delivering excellence in customer service and implementing effective revenue protection strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other On-Board and Station teams to ensure seamless customer service and safety.
  • Training and Development: Attend all required training and development courses to enhance product knowledge and commercial assessments.
  • Disruption Management: Assist with the management of replacement coach and train services during times of disruption, ensuring special need customers are looked after and informed.
