Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics, including revenue growth, sales pipeline, customer satisfaction, and team performance, to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
