About the Role:
Hireroo is seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead our Commercial function and drive business growth. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial strategy, leading our sales and marketing efforts, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our market share.
- Sales and Marketing: Lead our sales and marketing efforts, including developing and executing sales plans, managing our sales team, and building relationships with key customers and partners.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales, account management, business development, and commercial support team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to grow our business with them.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing business plans, managing pitches and proposals, and closing deals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics, including revenue growth, sales pipeline, customer satisfaction, and team performance, to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
