Chief Revenue Officer

Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-growth B2B businesses? We're seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead our revenue growth strategy and lead our sales team to new heights.

About the Role

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales-led growth strategy aligned with our long-term company goals. You will lead, develop, and scale our sales team, optimizing processes and improving conversion rates. You will also establish new business opportunities with key stakeholders in digital infrastructure, cultivate and expand relationships with key clients, and collaborate with product, marketing, and events teams to develop new revenue-generating products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales-led growth strategy aligned with long-term company goals.
  • Lead, develop, and scale the sales team, optimizing processes and improving conversion rates.
  • Establish new business opportunities with key stakeholders in digital infrastructure.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients to drive new and recurring revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and events teams to develop new revenue-generating products.
  • Leverage data analytics and market research to forecast trends and adapt strategies.
  • Partner with the executive team to identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Lead the establishment of a US-based sales team and make regular overseas trips to support global growth.
  • Provide regular revenue forecasts, performance reports, and pricing strategies based on market trends.
