Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and well-groomed individual to enhance our reception team. If you possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility in their work approach, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in keyboarding. Familiarity with Electronic Patient Records (EPR) is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to deliver a courteous, efficient, and welcoming reception service, ensuring that all patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals are greeted appropriately. A crucial aspect of this position involves exercising judgment and initiative to address daily patient inquiries and concerns, while effectively collaborating with the outpatient clinical team as necessary.

In this role, you will integrate into the broader administrative team within the Cancer & Haematology department, offering numerous opportunities for career advancement.
