Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team in a social housing environment. As a key member of our Projects team, you will be responsible for managing a team of trades and ensuring that all works are undertaken competently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Lead a team of specialized contractors in winter projects, focusing on annual maintenance plans
  • Ensure high-quality data is maintained within property systems
  • Set and maintain high levels of safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDM
  • Develop a detailed local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs across your locality
  • Engage with groups to develop co-created services
  • Manage customer-focused teams for the delivery of maintenance services
  • Plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets
  • Operate with commercial acumen and knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate or advanced Excel skills

This role involves some travel, so you should be happy to travel, have access to a car, and hold a full UK driving licence.
