Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Stride. As a key member of our Projects team, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialized contractors, direct labor, and consultants working on FRA type projects and major projects within a social housing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage a team of contractors, direct labor, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, groups, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and relevant building safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, track income and expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Building Safety & Compliance Team to ensure compliance with building safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with residents and groups to develop co-created services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project delivery, contracts management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and building safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including residents, groups, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
