Project Delivery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our Projects team, you will be responsible for managing a team of trades in a social housing environment.

Your primary focus will be on delivering projects that meet our customers' needs, ensuring that all works are undertaken in a safe and timely manner. You will be responsible for a budget of circa £1 million PA and will need to maintain high-quality data within our property systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver projects that meet customer needs in a safe and timely manner.
  2. Manage a budget of circa £1 million PA.
  3. Maintain high-quality data within property systems.
  4. Ensure safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDM.
  5. Develop local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs.
  6. Engage with groups to develop co-created services.
  7. Manage customer-focused teams for maintenance services delivery.
  8. Plan and track income and expenditure against budgets.
  9. Operate with commercial acumen.
  10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  11. Use Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate or advanced Excel skills.

This role will involve some travel, so you should be happy to travel, have access to a car, and possess a full UK driving licence.
