Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team in a social housing environment. As a key member of our Projects team, you will be responsible for managing a team of trades and ensuring that all works are undertaken competently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Lead a team of specialized contractors in a number of winter projects focusing on the annual maintenance plan
  • Ensure high-quality data within property systems
  • Maintain high levels of safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDM
  • Engage and work with groups to develop co-created services
  • Experience managing customer-focused teams for the delivery of maintenance services
  • Demonstrable knowledge of planning the delivery of workstreams in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets
  • Ability to operate with commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
