Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, and building safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including residents, groups, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
