Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects in a safe and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
  • Manage a budget of circa £1 million PA, ensuring value for money and mitigating risks.
  • Maintain high-quality data within property systems, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs, engaging with residents and groups to develop co-created services.
  • Lead customer-focused teams in delivering maintenance services, with a focus on planning, tracking, and forecasting income and expenditure.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills, to support project delivery and reporting.
