Job Title: Project Delivery Manager

Stride Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialized contractors in delivering winter projects within a social housing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects in a safe and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Manage a budget of circa £1 million per annum, maintaining high-quality data within property systems.
  • Set and maintain high levels of safe working practices, engaging with residents and groups to develop co-created services.
  • Experience of managing customer-focused teams for the delivery of maintenance services, with a focus on planning and tracking income and expenditure against relevant budgets.
  • Ability to operate with commercial acumen, knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
