Position Overview

Customer Relationship Management Lead

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Customer Relationship Management Lead. This position is pivotal in enhancing customer interactions and fostering loyalty through strategic CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the team in continuous testing and optimization of CRM communications.
  • Leverage customer insights to craft tailored customer experiences that maximize engagement and effectiveness.
  • Direct the team in the design and execution of multi-channel customer journeys informed by data-driven segmentation.
  • Shift the CRM strategy towards a customer-centric model, utilizing segmentation, lifetime value assessments, and predictive analytics.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on CRM initiatives and database performance on a regular basis.
  • Manage the collaboration with the email service provider to ensure optimal platform performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a comparable role, particularly with customer databases in an analytical context, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
  • Strong capabilities in leadership and team management.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, email service providers, and marketing automation tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery, coupled with enthusiasm and determination.
  • High proficiency in numeracy to analyze and interpret large datasets effectively.
