Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: West London (Hybrid Work)

A prominent online retail company with a portfolio of four distinguished brands is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Lead to enhance their expanding Marketing team. This role marks the inaugural CRM/Email position within the organization, presenting a unique opportunity as the company advances its digital and CRM initiatives.

In this role, you will have significant responsibility for shaping the CRM strategy and managing customer lifecycle journeys. The initial focus will be on hands-on execution of campaigns for the first six months, with plans to recruit an executive to expand the team thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and refine customer journeys, ensuring engaging and effective interactions at every touchpoint.
  • Design, develop, and implement weekly email marketing initiatives aimed at boosting customer engagement.
  • Manage and execute various automated email campaigns across different brands and customer segments.
  • Lead the initiative to integrate a new Email Service Provider (ESP) for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team (including Social Media, Content, and eCommerce) to create highly personalized campaigns.
  • Engage in broader CRM projects, including the rollout of new campaigns across SMS and other channels.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years in a CRM/Email Marketing capacity, preferably within the fashion, retail, or online commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with multiple Email Service Providers.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel CRM initiatives.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and customer segmentation strategies.
