Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious CRM team. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of digital marketing and customer loyalty strategies to oversee the complete campaign development process.
  • Leverage your 5+ years of CRM expertise, particularly in strategic email marketing, ideally within e-commerce or startup environments.
  • Design and automate email campaigns using customer engagement platforms, such as Braze.
  • Demonstrate a history of successful campaign testing and deployment across various channels.
  • Apply your understanding of email design and possess a keen creative eye.
  • Exhibit proficiency in scripting languages, particularly HTML.
  • Implement CRM strategies for mobile applications.
  • Utilize technical skills to construct email campaigns, including segmenting, triggering, and logic development.
  • Foster strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Engage customers through multiple communication channels (email, SMS, app) with a focus on enhancing conversion and retention rates.
  • Maintain a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Show a genuine passion for health and wellness initiatives.
