We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Residential Services Manager to oversee operations within our student accommodation facilities.
Compensation:
£15 per hour via Umbrella
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Contract Duration:
Initial 8 weeks with potential for extension.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Conducting room inspections to ensure quality standards.
2. Managing the creation of key cards for residents.
3. Facilitating student check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
4. Overseeing cleaning schedules and rotas.
5. Performing various administrative tasks as directed by management.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will possess prior experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the student accommodation sector. A proactive approach and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
