We're looking for a positive and team-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our site-based customer service team at iQ Student Accommodation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our students feel at home in our 76 sites across 29 UK cities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our site-based teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our students.
  • Log maintenance requests and sort out health and safety issues, always prioritizing the well-being of our students.
  • Organize social events and activities to foster a sense of community among our students.
  • Handle complaints and rent arrears with patience and understanding, always seeking solutions that benefit both our students and the business.
