About the Role

We're looking for a positive, team player who thrives in a dynamic environment to join our site-based customer service team at iQ Student Accommodation.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring our students feel at home, including showing prospective students and their families around the site, managing parcels and post, logging maintenance requests, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have some customer service experience, but we're more interested in your people skills, personality, and potential. You'll need to be a great communicator, able to handle customer complaints sensitively and resolve issues quickly.
