About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our Marketing team at iQ Student Accommodation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our digital platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and optimizing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve online customer journeys and experiences, driving conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage and prioritize web development projects, collaborating with our web agency and IT team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Own and optimize the conversion funnel, continually testing and analyzing performance to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on digital platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital product and e-commerce best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across our digital platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital product management, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with web development projects, including project management, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
