**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients within the Motorsport and Autosport sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure first-class product advice, availability, support, supply, and after-sales care.
  • Work closely with our Technical Specialists to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales and/or sales support experience, with a strong track record of account management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to consider long-term goals and strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience of electromechanical products and technology.
