Scope:

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established pharmaceutical research and development company in a contract role as a field-based Account Specialist, specializing in immunology/gastro covering the NW. Selling European leading products, across a varied portfolio, this dynamic role will give you the opportunity to develop your career in a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual expected volume/sales growth and performance for the territory in line with agreed goals and objectives.
  • Capacity to organize and manage stakeholder meetings, training, and medical education.
  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining disease state external experts and speakers/advocates.
  • Developing pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals.
  • Gathering appropriate insights, gaining market understanding.
  • Proactively developing the required competencies in line with the competency framework.
  • Having a deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proactively initiating, developing, and implementing a growth plan to develop the territory.
