Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Resolve Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of Machinery and Plant Hire services to a wide range of customers across the South West Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including ground workers, buyers, specialist contractors, plant and site managers, and procurement teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales support team to generate quotes and leads.
  • Manage and maintain a territory, including marketing and promoting our product range to customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Capital, Machinery, and Plant Hire sector.
  • Living on the territory, covering Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and South Wales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
