About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of enteral products, including specialist neonatal products, safety & IV products & stoma care, to procurement, ward managers, matrons, specialist nurses and clinical trainers within hospitals across the East of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, negotiate and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts on territory, with a focus on expansion opportunities.
  • Provide product training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Graduates with non-medical sales experience, or clinical professionals with an aptitude for sales, will be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and enteral products is desirable.
