We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Executive to join our team at Altegra Sales. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and converting sales leads into business. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialist to develop an effective long-term strategy for generating and converting leads. This is an excellent opportunity to stamp your own plan within the business and develop and maintain inbound leads through various marketing channels such as email campaigns and social media.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling new and existing customers and building relationships with key accounts.
  • Working against KPIs and reporting activity on a weekly basis.
  • Qualifying incoming leads and building a client database using a CRM.
  • Adapting a tone of voice depending on the audience.
  • Creating email campaigns with measured follow-up calls.
  • Developing social media campaigns and building the brand using social media channels.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and technically minded individual who is able to perform against set targets. Ideally, you will have a technical background and experience with CRM systems. You should be conversant with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have interacted with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will be able to demonstrate success in a similar role and be able to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
