Role Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to elevate Riverlane's flagship product, Deltaflow, to a dominant position in the burgeoning $20 billion+ quantum error correction (QEC) sector. Deltaflow represents our all-encompassing QEC solution compatible with all quantum computing platforms, leveraging a novel class of semiconductors engineered by Riverlane.

QEC stands as the pivotal technical hurdle in quantum computing. Every quantum computer manufacturer requires QEC technology to reach the scale necessary to unlock the industry's projected $800 billion in future value.

As the sole entity dedicated solely to QEC technology, Riverlane is the clear frontrunner in this exciting global arena. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer to capitalize on this thrilling opportunity on a worldwide scale.

Key Responsibilities

In the capacity of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Riverlane, you will spearhead the marketing initiatives for both Deltaflow and our introductory product, QEC Explorer. Your role will involve crafting persuasive narratives around our innovative technology and simplifying intricate quantum concepts into clear value propositions for our clientele. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Directing Riverlane's global product marketing strategy, implementation plan, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to define the core value propositions for our offerings.
  • Conducting continuous market research on the QEC landscape, including competitor assessments.
  • Partnering with Riverlane's Product and Engineering teams to develop engaging product demonstrations.
  • Identifying the most effective marketing channels.
  • Planning and executing product launches for each product iteration, including the creation of comprehensive marketing materials and collateral.
  • Acting as the advocate and representative of the customer within Riverlane.
  • Investigating customer perceptions and understanding of our products among current and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to generate new leads.
  • Representing Riverlane at pertinent industry events.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical or scientific discipline, preferably in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in deep tech marketing roles, which may encompass experience in quantum computing, supercomputing, high-performance computing, or semiconductor sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product-focused marketing, particularly in conveying compelling 'deep tech' value propositions to a specialized audience.
  • Ability to articulate complex scientific and technological ideas in clear written and visual formats.
  • Experience engaging with global clients and partners.
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree, such as a Master's or PhD in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience in the quantum computing domain.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
