We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Product Marketing to join our team at Arm Limited. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the company's product marketing strategy for AI technology across all of Arm's businesses.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy for Arm's AI technology, working closely with the Arm marketing team and technology groups. This will involve developing a deep understanding of the company's AI technologies and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Arm's AI technology, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Arm marketing team and technology groups to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to drive the AI marketing strategy, including partner engagement and go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Arm leadership team on AI-related marketing matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the computing and consumer electronics industries.Proven experience in leading a worldwide team and developing them to their full potential.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth.Strategic marketing experience, with a track record of developing and driving long-term business plans.Experience working with customers and partners globally, with a strong understanding of international markets.

Desirable Qualifications

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, would be an advantage.
