About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Planner to join our team at Linx Printing Technologies. As a key player in developing our Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) product strategy, you will drive innovation by capturing the voice of the customer, analyzing market trends, and launching new coding solutions that will help keep Linx at the forefront of the coding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Deliver: Shape customer-centric product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring them to fruition.
  • Champion the Customer: Advocate for customer needs throughout the business, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore and Innovate: Regularly engage with Linx customers, both in the UK and internationally, gathering feedback and uncovering new product opportunities.
  • Analyze and Lead: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that will drive our product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business, marketing, or related studies, and/or strong relevant industrial experience.
  • Proven track record in problem-solving.
  • Proven experience in a product management or associated role (e.g., working alongside product managers) delivering solutions to manufacturing customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 30% of the time.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with at least three days a week at our site.
