Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Strategist to join our team at ELP Consult Ltd. as a Mandarin Speaking Risk Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to protect the company's assets and profits from unnecessary risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's risk exposures and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.
  • Design and implement risk assessment models and tools to identify and quantify potential risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and supervise the execution of risk control measures, promoting a culture of risk awareness.
  • Regularly report risk management status and recommendations to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial markets and products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial risk management, with a proven track record of identifying and assessing risks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using risk management tools and software, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.
  • Relevant risk management certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are preferred, but not required.
