About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Redgate. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with company direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B software space

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and user-led product development
