About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative on our Transportation Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, and webchat, ensuring that customers receive a professional and efficient service.
  • Query Resolution: Identify and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance, ensuring that you are equipped to handle complex customer queries.
