Drive Strategic Growth at Moody's Investors Service

As an Associate Director-Relationship Manager at Moody's Investors Service, you will play a critical role in driving strategic engagement and commercial relationships with key customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of Moody's solutions, identifying new opportunities through strategic projects to scale against core customers and lead the expansion of propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, deliver, and track strategic account plans, forecasting, and reporting key information and performance indicators.
  • Decide on the impact of emerging top-priority accounts on other potential targets and manage accordingly.
  • Leverage deep insight into the Corporate sector to uncover opportunities and risks for customers while addressing associated needs.
  • Share feedback and market intelligence with internal segments and CPO management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related area.
  • 7+ years of experience in growing accounts and C-suite level relationships within large conglomerates.
  • Understanding of managing strategic accounts across multiple use cases and product lines.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguity, and adapting to shifting circumstances.
  • Strong networking skills, connected to relevant industries, abreast of the latest trends, and strong C-suite engagement skills and track record.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with other European languages being advantageous.
