Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Senior Support Worker to join our team at Beach House, a specialist service for people with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Contribute to the development of in-house and community activities, promoting social inclusion and engagement.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and provide de-escalation techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
